[Charge calculation method]

Delivery plan fee = basic fee + outside area delivery and collection fee (Ehime Prefecture side) + vehicle compensation (optional)

[Delivery plan basic fee]

*Child seats and child trailers alone cannot be rented.

*Child seats cannot be installed on anything other than other electrically assisted bicycles (Botani P3).

*Child trailers cannot be connected to other companies' rental bicycles.

*Child trailers cannot be connected to E-BIKE/cross bike types.

*Child trailers cannot be driven on sidewalks.

*Children under 2 years old are not permitted in child trailers.

[Outside area delivery and collection fee]

For delivery and collection in Ehime Prefecture, the following charges will apply.

*Basic charge per delivery or collection.

*Up to 10 vehicles can be loaded at one time. (For 10 or more bikes, two fees will be charged) (Up to 6 E-bikes)

*If you use a delivery rental bicycle, there will be no delivery and collection fees in the Onomichi-Ikuchijima area.

[About vehicle compensation]

If any parts are found to be damaged in a way that would cause trouble compared to the time of rental,

The customer will be billed for the repair fee. Please note.

We offer vehicle compensation that partially compensates for damages up to 30,000 yen at a low cost.

Fee: 550 yen (1 day)

3. Child seat (can only be installed on electrically assisted bicycles)

Fee: 1,100 yen (1 day)

*We do not rent child seats alone.

[About basic delivery and collection time]

The basic delivery and collection time is 8:00-19:00.

If you wish to use a time other than the standard hours, an additional overtime fee of 1,650 yen per hour will be charged.

*There are almost no street lights on the Shimanami Kaido, so there is a high risk of falling when driving at night.

We recommend arriving before sunset.

  [About out-of-area collection fees]

The basic delivery plan fee includes bicycle rental fee + delivery and collection fee for the Onomichi-Ikuchijima area.

For delivery and collection in Ehime Prefecture, an out-of-area delivery and collection fee will be charged.

  [About baggage delivery service]

◆If delivery and collection is completed on the Hiroshima Prefecture side, baggage cannot be delivered to accommodations on the Ehime Prefecture side (Kamijima Town, Omishima, Hakatajima, Oshima, Imabari, Matsuyama).

Example: Delivery at Onomichi Station - Accommodation on Hakata Island - Collection at Onomichi Station = No baggage delivery

*Please note that there will be no discount refund even if you do not use the free service.

◆The baggage delivery service can only be used by rental bicycle users.

◆We cannot deliver baggage to lodging facilities that do not have full-time staff, such as rental properties.

With the Tabitasu Bicycle Rental Plan, we will keep your baggage.

We will carefully deliver and store your luggage, but in the unlikely event that it is damaged, we will not be liable for any compensation.

《Height and weight applicable to rental bicycles》Common for cross bikes and Bromptons

Rental bicycles cannot be used by people who are less than 140cm tall or weigh more than 100kg.

*Electric assisted bicycles must be 144cm or taller.

《About renting a Brompton》

The Brompton is a folding bicycle, but folding is prohibited except for the rear wheel.

If you are using it for the first time, we will explain and practice how to use it for about 15 minutes.

《Conditions for renting a Brompton for an overnight stay》

Delivery rental bicycles can store your luggage for free, but due to various circumstances, we may not be able to store your luggage.

Baggage storage and transportation service is a free service for customers using the delivery rental bicycle plan.

Please note that we cannot store or transport baggage belonging to anyone other than the plan user.

《About insurance》

Our accident insurance is only available to people who have Japanese nationality or who have Japanese nationality.

Please be sure to purchase your own insurance.

《About cancellation》

★If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact us immediately.

If canceled due to customer's convenience, the following cancellation fee will be charged to the rental fee (excluding out-of-area delivery and collection fee).

・3 days before: 20% of the reservation fee

・2 days before: 30% of the reservation fee

・The day before: 50% of the reservation fee

・Same-day cancellation/Unauthorized cancellation: 100% of reservation fee

*If you do not show up one hour after your reservation time without contacting us, your reservation will be automatically canceled.

If it is raining or rain is expected, there will be no cancellation fee, but please be sure to contact us at least 3 hours before the delivery time.

Please note that cancellations after rental are non-refundable.

Precautions when using rental bicycles [Please read]

〇Persons with Japanese nationality or foreigners residing in Japan are not covered by insurance, so please be sure to enroll on your own.

〇Using the facility under the influence of alcohol is a violation of the Road Traffic Act and is strictly prohibited.

〇For rental, you will need identification such as driver's license, insurance card, student ID, passport, etc. Please be sure to bring it with you on the day.

〇Customers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guardian or person over the age of 18.

〇Even if the item is returned earlier than originally planned, the difference in price will not be refunded.

〇You can specify a delivery/collection time within the rental period, but we may have to adjust the time to accommodate other customers.

〇If the collection time is after 18:00 due to the customer's convenience, an overage fee of 1,000 yen per hour will be charged.

〇The bicycle may be different from the one in the photo, but we will prepare one of the same class.

〇Please bring identification such as a driver's license on the day of the event. If you forget it, we will refuse to lend it to you.

*Please refrain from making a copy or number of your ID.

〇Please be sure to wear a helmet.

〇Please drive in single file on the left side of the road.

〇Customers are responsible for paying for repairs to the bicycle due to punctures, scratches, damage, accidents, etc. that occur during use.

〇If your bicycle is damaged or stolen, or if accessories (keys, lights, etc.) are damaged or lost, you will be charged the actual cost.
